After a thorough inspection of the energy systems of your home, a report will be issued that makes recommendations on how much insulation is needed, whether or not you should upgrade your windows and whatever else can be done to reduce your homes energy costs. Every energy efficiency opportunity is explained and listed in a table that is prioritized in terms of what is cost-effective and what isn't. The approximate cost of installing the upgrades and more importantly, the projected savings from installing the measures is also detailed.

New Construction Home Inspection Services This service is utilized by individuals who are planning to build a new home and are looking for a professional home inspector to work with them and their builder to ensure their new home is constructed free of defects. It is typically a three-phase inspection that will be customized to your needs. A report of findings along with digital photos is prepared after each of the first 2 phases.
